Job Summary:

The Enterprise Vendor Management Specialist is part of a team responsible for supporting various enterprise-wide systems and products used across the organization. The Enterprise Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for user administration, maintenance, and management of the enterprise-wide systems to ensure maximum usage of the available technology. This includes ancillary internal and third-party systems. The role will also be responsible for providing systems training and data reporting for all vendor performance and issue management.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Tracks the vendor product roadmap, backlog, and execution of initiatives to deploy new features and functionality in collaboration with business needs
  • Conducts and reviews vendor assessments
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Functions as top-level escalation point for business line end-users
  • Develops and builds key relationships with Bank’s enterprise vendors and builds key escalation paths
  • Monitors updates and addresses system configuration changes where needed
  • Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality
  • Conducts research on emerging products, services, protocols and standards in support of development efforts as well as any ancillary systems integrated or stand-alone
  • Understands the regulatory requirements and system impacts
  • Provides administrative support, including management and support of system audits
  • Engages, escalates, and coordinates with IT to resolve issues and assists with system upgrades and changes
  • Collaborates with end-users with ongoing performance and usage of enterprise systems and possesses a strong knowledge of vendor systems and capabilities
  • Handles vendor management within our vendor management system which includes ongoing due diligence monitoring
  • Assists with developing policies and procedures for bank and vendor engagement
  • Identifies and coordinates training as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or other related field preferred
  • At least three years of vendor management experience
  • Experience with managing third-party vendors preferred
  • Bank operations experience preferred
  • Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise solutions
  • Ability to meet and manage deadlines as well as conflicting priorities
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $57,000 - $67,000.
