As an experienced Senior Graphic Designer on our creative team, you would serve as the in-house designer responsible for bringing our brand vision to life. Your work will span a wide range of projects, from launching high-profile campaigns to building brand assets and experimenting with new creative formats–playing a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and conversions.


This hands-on design role requires strong creative leadership, excellent execution, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally while managing multiple projects with speed and precision.

Responsibilities


Performance Design & Visual Storytelling :

  • Conceptualize and create designs optimized to attract customers and prospects for digital ads (a focus on mobile first), long-formatted content (white papers, guides, eBooks, infographics, etc.), sales enablement materials, banners, email graphics, web assets, and presentations.
  • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging graphics supporting product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve Medbridge's brand identity, ensuring creative assets adhere to guidelines while staying fresh and innovative.

Project & Process Management:

  • Manage design projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with Content, Digital, and Product teams to align creative with campaign objectives.
  • Establish and refine creative processes to enhance team efficiency.

Creative Leadership, Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as a brand steward and creative advisor, helping stakeholders understand design best practices.
  • Provide feedback to external design contractors and help scale creative capabilities.
  • Partner with copywriters, marketers, x-functional team stakeholders, and the web team to create cohesive multi-channel campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-7 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B marketing, health tech, SaaS, or similar industries.
  • Experience designing for digital campaigns (Meta, Google, Bing, YouTube, Reddit), landing pages, and lead generation assets.
  • Experience balancing hands-on design work with creative leadership.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across campaigns, sales materials, web assets, email design, and brand development, preferably with results (i.e. engagements, leads, sales, etc).
  • Expertise in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
  • Canva
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma with UI design skills.
  • Experience in motion design or basic animation.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, clinical education, or B2B tech audiences.
  • Experience with email platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • Understanding of UX best practices for web design.

Salary Range: 95K- 105K

At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys.Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
