Kastle Systems, the premier provider of property technology solutions, is looking for a Senior IT Solutions and Integration Engineer that will lead and implement complex IT solutions and projects, focusing on enterprise cloud products and services, innovation, systems/data integration, cloud optimization, and availability of clean data sources and systems across the organization. Responsibilities
Lead planning, design, development, and implementation of enterprise solutions, business process integration, and reporting
Manage, optimize, and modernize enterprise cloud infrastructure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployment of enterprise solutions
Provide strategic advice for enterprise data and AI service improvements
Act as a technical project lead for IT solutions and AI-related projects
Design and implement integration solutions using existing tools and technologies
Develop and maintain integration points between internal and external systems
Configure and maintain data synchronization between enterprise systems
Develop business intelligence reports in Power BI, data extraction, and analytics
Identify process gaps and propose improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience
4+ years of hands-on IT experience across Cloud Services (Azure and AWS)
3+ years of Microsoft infrastructure administration and systems integration experience
5+ years of experience in IT solutions, data integration, or related roles
3+ years of cloud services administration experience
Technical solutions delivery lead experience
Experience with relational databases, microservices architectures, and APIs
Database management and optimization skills (SQL, NoSQL)
Strong technical documentation and communication skills
Project management and troubleshooting skills
