We're looking for an HR Coordinator who is eager to develop their HR expertise while playing a critical role in supporting our employees and HR team. In this role, you’ll own key HR processes, ensure compliance, and be the go-to person for employee inquiries. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to optimize processes, contribute to HR projects, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Employee Support & HR Operations
Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing answers or directing them to the right HR team member.
Maintain accurate and organized personnel records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure all required employee paperwork is completed and filed properly.
Compliance & Licensure Tracking
Monitor and track employee safety assessments and compliance requirements.
Ensure that employees who require licensure stay compliant with state and professional requirements. Manage our licensing system and collaborate with others across the business to ensure compliance is maintained.
Stay up to date on state-specific licensing regulations to support employees and managers.
HR Process Optimization & Projects
Assist with HR system updates and process improvements.
Create internal communications related to HR programs, process updates, and informational announcements.
Support company-wide events and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for HR and helping employees succeed!
Education or experience in HR—Bachelors degree in HR-related field, or coursework, internship, or 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, EEO).
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience with project management and demonstrated success achieving milestones and results.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset—you love finding better ways to do things!
Bonus points if you have a PHR or other HR certification (or are working toward one!).
