Your Role
As part of this strategic business program, we are looking for a talent to be the PMO lead for deployment activities. Directly reporting to the head of ERP Transformation Office, this position is pivotal to successfully deploy the program in the various countries and sites of the network.
Responsibilities:
Own PMO framework for deployment projects
Planning : provide standard project planning framework. Ensure deploy teams are well using and benefiting from it, including WBS, including deliverables and milestones
Roll out kit : own all PMO activities in the roll out it
Organizational chart / Stakeholder list : Provide framework to ensure clarity and who is doing what, and how to identify and log the stakeholders impacted by the project.
Governance : ensure deployment projects follow governance best practices, including but not limited to below instances :
Local Steering committee with local business leaders & sponsors
Change Control Board to monitor project scope
Local project committee to drumbeat project activities and reflect on progress.
Change management / Engagement of the local community
Local meeting cadence : provide framework to ensure smooth execution and drumbeating of the various required activities.
Support local all hands meeting to engage the full local deploy teams
Risks management : ensure risk management best practices are followed
Validation strategy : ensure local validation plan is well connected to the global validation framework.
Lesson learned : ensure local teams are regularly performing lessons learned exercice, to continuously improve. Provide framework for local team to share learning with other projects.
Budget : help building & implementing the local budget control process.
On boarding & offboarding: ensure on boarding process for local deploy teams is designed and executed.
External Program Partner (EPP) : help local internal leadership team to manage the relationship with EPP.
Change :
Help local change teams in using the framework to collect & manage the change impacts
Support local change teams for the SOP tracking
Support local change team in designing and building a robust training framework, including liaising with the global learning & development teams-
Coordination with other local in flight programs : build a framework to monitor the dependencies with others local programs impacted or impacting ONE LS ERP program.
Reporting of deployment status to global program leader : organize this process.
Support deployment project execution
Play an active role in the First deployment, to ensure Deploy PMO framework consistency.
Train, Coach, support Further deployments
Team management :
Manage a team PMO from External Program Partners (EPP)
Transversal management :
Liaise with other transformation program with dependencies on ERP
Liaise with global owner of the roll out kit and the other global ERP stakeholders, including the tools owners to ensure PMO framework consistency
Key Accountabilities:
Accountable for the seamless execution of deployment activities for PMO related matters.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience with large international ERP programs.
Familiarity with Life Science industry and understanding its needs/challenges.
Proven track record of strong performance in large projects, particularly those involving large-scale business transformation.
Ability to travel up to 75% including domestic and international.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with the tooling suite used : Signavio, JIRA, HPALM, Wrike, SAP S/4 HANA, successfactor e-learnings, Mango, Trackwise, LeanIX, BODS, GRC, Charm, Sharepoint
Dashboarding & Reporting capabilities
Capacity to define & execute RACI on a large complex matrix organization
Capacity to transversally managed team in various countries, and from various part of the organization
Location
This position is preferred from either our Burlington, MA or St. Louis facility and is also remote flexible. Frequent travel of up to 75% between domestic and international sites is required.
Pay Range for this position: $108,300 - $172,500
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
