About this role:
The Applications Architect influences the development and implementation of Information Technology (I.T.) strategy, initiatives, and governing policies. S/he conceives solutions, build consensus, and sells and executes solutions across business areas and initiatives & products. The Application Architect supports I.T. leadership by planning and leading the execution of broad initiatives aimed at delivering value to internal and external stakeholders. S/he will be responsible for working with other architects in the development of strategies, roadmaps, & solutions. The selected candidate will analyze technologies aligned with I.T. strategies & roadmaps; drive new solutions to reduce technical debt & cost and increase business value; influence, review, create robust documentation and present to peers and senior managers to ensure appropriate communication and drive consensus. The Applications Architect will also provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, integrate security practives within software design, and investigate and plan the use of emerging technology.
Minimum Qualifications:
Export with Architectural Patterns, Architecture and Product Roadmapping, Multitier Application Architecture
Experience with Microservices
Experience with highly available, large scale, multi-platform systems
Experience developing software solutions
Knowledge of DevOps and Kubernetes, Agile and Scrum Concepts, InfoSec best practices, database design principles, Auth0, OIDC, OAuth and identity concepts, Couchbase and Cloud based Solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $130,440- $222,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
