Job Description:

Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide part-time, temporary support. This is an open-ended temporary position with flexible hours, averaging two hours per week. While the majority of the work will be remote, occasional errands or in-person tasks related to executive activities may be required.

 

Key Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Manage and organize the executive’s calendar
  • Arrange activities and purchase gifts
  • Run errands as needed
  • Assist with other personal or administrative tasks as requested

Ideal Candidate should have the following:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Highly organized, proactive, and discreet
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks independently
  • Conversational English skills are a plus

Job Details are as follows:

  • Hours: Approximately 2 hours per week (flexible)
  • Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience
