Job Description:

Join our team as a Data Analytics BI Developer and play a key role in enhancing and optimizing critical reporting and analytics used by hundreds of global users. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful business insights.
Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) Dashboard (Power BI) by developing new features, improving usability, and optimizing performance.


• Consolidate and enhance multiple existing Power BI reports to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP).


• Collaborate with data engineers to move complex transformations from Power BI into Snowflake, ensuring efficient data modeling.


• Develop advanced DAX measures and Power Query transformations to support key S&OE metrics, including demand attainment, supply plan attainment, days of sales of backorder, and other finance and sales-related KPIs.


• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance by implementing role-based security.


• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.


• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user testing.

Skills

• Master's Degree or higher AND 3 years of data analytics experience OR


• Bachelor's Degree AND 4 years of data analytics experience OR


• High School Diploma/GED AND 6 years of Information Systems/Analytics application consulting experience


• Expertise in Power BI development, DAX, data modeling, and analytics solutions


• Strong collaboration skills with data engineers and business stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years of experience developing in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices


• Experience working with Snowflake and SAP S/4HANA as data sources


• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA


• Knowledge or experience working with supply chain and operations metrics
