What You'll Contribute to OHM Advisors
As an Interior Designer, you will provide leadership to the teams' documentation and deliverables process through collaboration with all disciplines. With a passion for always looking for better ways of improving solutions to our client's needs, your approach to the development of projects and integration with other team individuals is important to the overall success of the firm.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and assist in visioning, goal setting, and programming meetings with client.
Lead and assist in project delivery from Programming through Contract Administration.
Travel to job sites for field verification and furniture inventory.
Prepare digital and physical presentations.
Lead and assist in finish selection and specifications.
Lead and assist in furniture selection, specifications, and procurement packages.
Maintain internal material library and attend regular product updates from local manufacturer representatives.
Coordinate with project manager, other team members, and consultants to ensure critical issues and projects are thoughtfully executed.
Manage project tasks, budgets, work plans, consultants, and schedules with the Project Manager.
Assist in proposal development.
Requirements:
Experience & Licensure:
Non-licensed candidate should be eligible for licensure, with intent to pursue,
Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sketchup. Enscape, Lumion, Dynamo, and FormIt proficiency are preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate strong project organizational skills to document management and tracking and must be self-motivated.
Must be able to document and present work through hand sketching, computer drafting, and other innovative methods to team & clients clearly and concisely.
Must be able to work well with clients, and staff and coordinate consultants.
