This position is on-site out of our Nashville Office.

We are looking for a Warehouse Technician Specialist to support our Mobile Clinic Operations (MCO) team - to be responsible for shipping and receiving Clinic in a Box (CIB) sets and Information Technology (IT) Go Boxes, as well as ordering and maintaining an inventory of needed supplies and equipment.

In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Provide logistical support to the RSD team

  • Locate and retrieve products from designated warehouse shelves using inventory management systems

  • Responsible for coordinating shipping all CIB sets and IT Go Boxes to specific event sites and conducting 100% quality assurance prior to each shipment

  • Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain a 95% inventory accuracy rate

  • Submit procurement request, track requested items and receive stock into inventory once received

  • Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality

  • Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner

  • Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again

  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Carefully place items into appropriate packaging materials (boxes, envelopes, etc.) and add protective cushioning as needed

  • Have an ability to move containers with wheels up to 120 lbs

  • Have knowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Have excellent customer service, organization and follow-through skills

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have an ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency

  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Be self-motivated

  • Have working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Have knowledge of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Copier, etc.)


You Must Have:



  • A high School diploma, or GED

  • 5 years of related shipping and receiving experience, Medical logistics experience preferred

  • An ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation




Hourly Range: $25.10 - $27.74 + up to 6% Quarterly Bonus Eligibility


This role may fall under the Service Contract Act (SCA), a federal law which provides for a U.S. Department of Labor-prescribed minimum prevailing rate of pay and certain benefit levels.
