Description: We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist for a fantastic facility in the Lexington, VA area. This will be a 13-week contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility. Please see details below!


Schedule: M-F Days (32+ hours/week)


Location: Lexington, VA


Start Date: ASAP


Length of assignment: 13 weeks

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.


• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, and functional skills.


• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.


• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and goals.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.


• State licensure or eligibility required.


• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
