Location: SeaTac, WA

Salary: $40.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Inspector III - A, B and C Shifts
[Additional Description]


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• 
  


• 2 headcounts for each shift.


• 
  
• A Shift: 5am-3:30pm M-Th


• B Shift: 3pm-1:30am M-Th


• C Shift: 5am-5:30pm Fri-Sun


• 
  
• Work Location: WA - Jules Verne Factory (21218 76th Ave S., Kent, Washington 98032)


• 
  
• Responsibilities:


• •Perform detailed inspection of Engines structural, electrical and mechanical assemblies and systems using CAD models and Blueprints


• •Verify Assemblies for conformance against engineering requirements


• •Document nonconformance's in accordance with internal procedures and over communicate to resolve quality issues


• •Experience with Precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc


• •Experience with final photo documentation of hardware


• •Experience with hardware containment related to non-confomances and notices of escapement from suppliers


• •Perform close out, first article, in-process & final inspections

Qualifications:




•High school diploma or equivalency certificate




•5+ years of inspection experience in an aerospace, military or manufacturing environment




•Proficiency working with nonconformance systems




•Competence in Blueprint reading skills and 3D model




•Experience with performing electronic and mechanical testing and inspections using portable measuring devices




•Proficient in inspecting tight tolerance, high value flight vehicles and systems.




•Familiar with the use of personal computers.




•Self-motivation and ability to prioritize projects to meet completion dates.




•Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion




•Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.




•Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and/or weekends as needed




•Ease with climbing ladders, stooping, bending, crawling, and mobility while working within tight spaces




Desired:




•Airframe & Power-plant certificate (A&P) or ASQ CQA




•Experience working with aerospace propulsion assembly installation and testing processes and procedures




•Practical experience working within quality management systems (AS9100 and ISO 9001)




•Strong understanding of safety programs and OSHA regulations and requirements
