We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Licensing & Subscription Specialist to manage vendor relationships, optimize licensing operations, and support our subscription-based revenue model. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth interactions with partners and third-party vendors while maintaining compliance, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Partner Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing and subscription vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with key partners and third-party service providers.
Subscription & Licensing Operations
Manage the full lifecycle of software and service licenses, from procurement to renewal.
Track and analyze subscription utilization, ensuring optimal cost efficiency.
Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of subscription services.
Work closely with internal teams to align licensing and subscription models with customer needs.
Accounts Receivable & Billing Support
Assist with billing inquiries and disputes related to licensing and subscriptions.
Ensure vendor invoices and partner billing are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
Work with finance teams to track revenue from subscriptions and licensing agreements.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure adherence to vendor agreements, licensing policies, and compliance requirements.
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Maintain up-to-date records of vendor agreements, contract terms, and licensing inventories.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in licensing, vendor management, accounts receivable, or related fields.
Experience working with SaaS, cloud-based services, or subscription business models.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in working with Google Workspace, billing platforms, and financial tracking tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Workspace or similar SaaS licensing environments.
Familiarity with reseller or partner-based business models.
Prior experience in accounts receivable or finance-related roles.

The hourly rate for this role will range between $21.64 and $24.04. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
