Learfield is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and provide additional assistance to the EVP of Digital Solutions in Dallas, TX. The CSO organization encompasses industry-leading teams in sports technology, digital marketing, content, and data. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations within this complex organization on behalf of the Chief Strategy Officer. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, manages complex priorities effectively, and communicates proficiently with internal and external stakeholders. This self-motivated individual enjoys devising creative solutions to intricate challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide strategic calendar management based on strong knowledge of business priorities and executive needs.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and track follow up items in support of objectives for the organization.
  • Serve as primary point of communication between the executive and internal or external stakeholders, including executive leadership team, client partners and board representatives.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, working closely with CSO and other members of the leadership team.
  • Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light with great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage meetings/guests on site as applicable.
  • Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
  • Conserve the executives time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed, in advance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives.
  • Previous experience working in a dispersed and multi-industry environment (time zones)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced, high-energy environment.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
