Senior Associate Attorney - Business Litigation (San Diego, CA - North County)



Are you an experienced litigator looking for a long-term opportunity with a firm that handles high-stakes business litigation? A growing boutique firm in North County, San Diego, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with at least 8 years of experience (or a highly skilled litigator with strong trial exposure) to join their team.

What You'll Do:

• Handle a variety of business and professional litigation cases in business, real estate, and land use matters


• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery


• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court


• Collaborate with shareholders and play an integral role in trial preparation
  


• Draft and negotiate transactional documents as needed

What You Need:

• 8+ years of litigation experience (or strong litigation/trial experience with fewer years)


• Trial experience preferred (first- or second-chair)


• Strong legal writing skills


• Licensed to practice law in California


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-impact litigation environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• 
  Salary: $140K - $160K DOE


• 
  Billable requirement: 1,600 hours annually


• 
  Bonus structure: Scaled bonuses for additional hours beyond 1,600 + discretionary bonuses
