Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Deliver exceptional customer service and support
Adhere to call scripts and company procedures
Meet or exceed performance metrics (quotas, sales goals, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies
Call Center Representative Job Details:
Availability for closing shifts: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Rotational Saturday shifts: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Reliable and punctual - minimal unplanned absences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
