About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transformation group within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB). Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at www.wellsfargo.com .

The team is responsible for complex business-specific Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) programs. This position is within the CSBB BSA/AML Transformation team and drives and supports strategic initiatives and change management activities related to Financial Crimes in CSBB.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the team and leaders to drive strategic initiatives
  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Financial Crimes experience
  • Ability to communicate powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex
  • Ability to gain support and buy in from senior and executive leaders
  • Experience in securing commitment and endorsement from senior and executive leaders
  • Experience taking ambiguity and moving it into a project plan
  • Experience with managing large and complex projects
  • Experience with strategic customer and employee centric solutions
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Strong presentation skills - written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to multiple audiences.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
