Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical business decisions through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data mapping documents to ensure accurate data integration and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and perform unit testing on datasets.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Contribute to technical documentation and project artifacts, including data flow diagrams and architecture work products.
- Participate in mapping review sessions and provide feedback during data architecture reviews.
- Utilize SQL to build efficient data models and support data solutions.
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in data analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, particularly Big Query.
- Experience in data mapping and modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in analyzing business data and implementing automation for data quality validations.
- Knowledge of banking and fintech data integrations.
- Experience working with APIs and solution orchestration layers.
