Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate high-priority meetings with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and break down critical path requirements into detailed technical requirements and test cases.
• Convert requirements into tangible test cases and lead pass/fail testing efforts.
• Collaborate with Technical Lead and Project Manager to communicate technology functionality and limitations to the line of business.
• Create and maintain a traceability matrix to ensure alignment between requirements, test cases, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Identify and address scope deviations, potential risks, and project timeline impacts.
• Support off-hours testing and releases as needed to ensure project success.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with proven success in delivering projects exceeding $500k.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Jira as part of an Agile/Kanban team.
• Understanding of Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Real Estate domains and related applications.
• Experience working with data tables and systems of record within a heavily integrated environment.
