A day in the life.



As our Benefits Communications Specialist on the Marketing team, you'll support our Employee Health and Benefits clients as they look to communicate with and educate their employees on their benefits programs. You'll work directly with our clients, sales and service teams, communication specialists, and graphic designers to build client communication strategies and plans, then execute on them. You'll align a client's benefit goals with inspiring messaging, design, and a strong communication strategy.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations


• Strong written and oral communication skills


• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively


• BA/BS in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or a related field

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Knowledge of employee benefits programs: employer-based healthcare, voluntary benefits, retirement benefits, employee assistance programs, etc.


• Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office Suite


• Knowledge of AP style guidelines

The applicable base salary range for this role is $59,000 to $103,300.


The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
