Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced mature female Home Health Aide for the Mass Ave, Boston area to assist with our male client with companion care, activities, stimulating conversations.

Available Shifts:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10a-2p

Job Description:
- Companion care, client is independent
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, documenting meals eaten
- Competently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
