Are you a seasoned House Manager looking for career advancement?
Under the leadership of the Director of Residential Services, the Regional Coordinator is responsible for both client-related services and the day-to-day operations of the caseload in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities:
Oversight of Site Managers and Direct Support Professionals.Assuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care related to person-served health and safety.Fiscal and regulatory compliance.Client programming. Completing client assessments, gathering baseline data, reviewing client responses to services, and assisting in changing services as necessary. Training the team on the clients Individual Service Plan (ISP) and providing leadership and support to regional staff around the proper implementation of the ISP.
