About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Finance Manager supporting our Enterprise People Planning efforts. This role is a part of a newly created team designed to provide strategic partnership to key leaders in our HR, Talent and Compensation teams. This role will focus specifically on workforce planning across both our sales and corporate teams and help to analyze people-related costs including salaries and wages, payroll taxes, benefits, and T&E. IG's FP&A team is in growth mode, thus the ideal candidate will enjoy building and establishing new processes and routines, have demonstrated experience collaborating in a matrix environment, possess strong partnering and influencing skills and operate with a continuous improvement mindset. This individual contributor role will report to the Director, FP&A - Enterprise People Planning.

In This Role, You Will
• Play a pivotal role in the development of a new approach to enterprise workforce planning that will drive consistent, transparent and centralized methods to deliver budget, forecast and monthly analytics
• Lead scalable process development and documentation efforts for assigned topics within Enterprise People Planning workstreams
• Develop data models, reporting and visualizations that help to guide decisions on hiring across all levels of the organization
• Own end-to-end processes and provide analytical support for assigned enterprise G&A expenditure categories including salaries & wages, variable compensation, payroll taxes, medical benefits and travel & expense
• Drive process improvement and clarity around variable compensation (bonus and commission) planning in partnership with HR/Compensation Teams for both sales and corporate roles
• Support business case development and analysis for any enterprise-wide, people-specific investment needs
• Support enterprise-wide technology efforts focusing on workforce planning

The Qualifications for this Role Include
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance , or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience within FP&A or finance roles
• 1+ years of managerial experience preferred but not required
• Prior experience in people planning or other enterprise-planning functions
• Certified Management Account (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) is not required but a plus
• Previous experience in working with cube-based software environments (PowerBI, PowerPivot, Oracle Hyperion Planning, SAP S/4Hana, Vena, etc.)
• Knowledge of SQL and/or DAX preferred but not required
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into insights and actionable recommendations
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and organized with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
