Job Description:

The HR Partner - Employee Engagement is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and driving engagement initiatives. This role also oversees office administration to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace. The position collaborates with leadership, HR team, and employees to develop and implement strategies that improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee morale.
  • Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and propose action plans to address employee concerns and improve engagement.
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor employee sentiment and engagement metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee office administration tasks to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies aligned with company policies.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in designing and implementing engagement and recognition programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret employee feedback and engagement metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives including office administration
  • Proficiency in HRIS, survey tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience working in diverse and dynamic work environments.
