Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, the Marketing Project Manager will coordinate and execute diverse marketing projects across our family of brands. The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker with experience in healthcare marketing and a strong background in communications, design, advertising, branding, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing projects that align with business goals.
Assist in implementing the company's brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research on trends, patient behavior, and competitors; prepare reports.
Track marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Collaborate on multi-channel strategies, including social media, email, and traditional advertising (billboards, bus ads, etc.).
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the business development team and provide promotional guidance.
Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives to support meetings, events and conferences.
Manage and maintain business development support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Identify new lead generation opportunities and sources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
