Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Finance (Required)
* Series 65 (Required)
* FINRA License (Required)
* Certified Financial Planner designation or in progress (Required)
* Minimum of four years of financial planning experience with two+ years in a direct client- facing advisory role.
* Authorized to work in the United States (Required)
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and financial planning software.
* Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
* Must be a good listener and able to empathize.
* Must be detailed oriented and organized.
* Flexible, fast learner, positive attitude.
* Must pass background check, securities registration and licensing.
This is a full-time salaried position, based on experience, plus bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities • Employ financial planning strategies in all areas including tax, retirement, investments, insurance, college planning and estate planning. • Develop, present and record financial planning, investment reports and investment advisory recommendations to individuals and families. • Maintain ongoing client relations ensuring timely responses and integrity in all actions. • Document client information in Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). • Must be self-motivated individual who desires to work in a team environment. • Must be able to work on a team to monitor portfolios and implement investment and financial planning changes as needed. • Ability to dutifully handle stress in an ever-changing investment market and financial services. • Supports Compliance to maintain an effective and robust investment advisory compliance program. • Adhere to continually improve company investment and financial planning processes. • Support primary advisor and other advisors in client meetings. • Perform administrative and operational tasks so organizational needs are met.
