Job Description:

The Contract Analyst III supports Small Cell within the Network Operations and Implementation team, ensuring contract accuracy and readiness for execution. They collaborate directly with the Contract Specialist to resolve errors identified during reviews and are responsible for managing data quality within Contract Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Review revenue and expense agreements for accuracy, ensuring data, approvals, and supporting documentation align with the contract.
  • Manage contract hierarchy reviews to ensure accurate data feeds into the Business Process Management (BPM) tool.
  • Process monthly venue redactions for upload into the Contract Database.
  • Manage and analyze monthly reporting for Contract Management.
  • Identify gaps in contract preparation compliance, recommend solutions, and execute process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with internal partners/customers.
  • Manage the quality and assess risks within contracts or associated data.
  • Support the definition of targets around quality, cycle time, and production.

Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with experience in a high-level analytical role.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, analytical, enterprise-level projects.

Organizational Relationship:
  • Collaborative role with internal teams and external stakeholders, reporting to leadership for strategic alignment.
