A prestigious professional services firm is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant to add to their hard-working team in West Los Angeles. The hours for this role will be 6am - 2pm.
The candidate selected for this role will wear multiple hats and will support professionals with the following duties:
Screening calls and scheduling and organizing heavy calendars
Arranging domestic and international travel itineraries and processing expense reports
Planning client meetings and events (i.e. roadshows, client presentations)
Conducting research and creating reports and presentations

To be successful in the role, candidates must be proactive and detail-oriented. A minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional services setting and a friendly demeanor are a must! A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
