Job Summary:
The Associate Director, Global Talent and Development will be responsible for leading and executing Attindas' global talent strategy across talent acquisition, talent development, performance management and succession planning. This role serves as a strategic partner to key internal stakeholders to build, deliver and measure the performance of all talent related initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive talent strategy that supports the organizations strategic goals in partnership with HRBP's, site managers, and business leaders.
Provide transformational leadership and strategic direction for companywide recruitment efforts.
Develop, enhance, align, and enable a high-performance talent culture and alignment across all Attindas locations, including the ownership of Attindas Academy, companywide PMP management and succession planning.
Provide consultation to strategic partners to design and create customized talent and development solutions for employees.
Lead initiatives to optimize the use of the Workday HRIS, including enhancements to data integrity, reporting capabilities, and user experience, while providing training and support to HR staff and end-users.
Ensure global talent acquisition team effectively executes the full cycle recruitment process in alignment with standardized processes.
Maintain and update Attindas' Succession Plan; lead quarterly talent review sessions with GLT
Design & implement organizational development/training initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities and drive organizational effectiveness.
Manage the global learning management system (Attindas Academy/Percipio)
Examines and analyzes hiring trends in anticipation of the business's response to changes in the available talent pool changes (for example, shortages and surpluses of available talent, market data in regards to compensation, flexibility trends in the best workplaces, strategic changes in Attindas' mission)
Owns the Applicant Tracking System and ensures the tools and equipment necessary to achieve goals are provided to the department; aligns ATS with payroll system and other enterprise systems
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, OD, I/O Psychology or closely related field or equivalent work experience
10+ years' experience in recruiting
5+ years' experience leading a talent acquisition team
Equivalent education and experience will be considered
Preferred Qualifications:
Significant knowledge of ATS and other recruiting technology in support of a growing business
In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition legal implications, high level strategic recruiting trends, and development of TA functions
Strong communication skills and demonstrated track record of data-driven decision making
Understanding of human resource reporting and record keeping requirements
Able to write clear, accurate, and logical reports
