Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide business development, operational & administrative support to commercial real estate brokers in the Savills Texas region (primarily Houston)
Assist with marketing efforts, including the creation of surveys and client deliverables, and coordinating tours
Support transaction life cycle by preparing and distributing contracts and other transaction-related documents
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all transaction-related tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction files and assist with the preparation of reports
Conduct market research and analysis to support commercial real estate transactions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Support brand awareness campaigns and other key initiatives in the region
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle phone and email communications
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and team members as this role is critical to the overall success of the team
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in supporting teams (operational and/or administrative functions), commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred
Experience working in a brokerage firm in Houston is preferred but not required
Active Real Estate license in Texas is preferred; opportunity to grow into a production role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work in the Houston office Monday through Friday; ability to work remote on occasion is possible if performance stays consistent
