The Business Department invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position, starting August 2025. We are looking for a dynamic educator passionate about teaching and mentoring students in Human Resources and Business courses.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Ph.D. or DBA in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (required).
• Teaching Approach: A team player with a broad range of teaching interests.
• Online Teaching: Experience in asynchronous, discussion-based online courses is highly valued.
• Institutional Fit: Must understand the differences between a university and a small college and be eager to thrive in a close-knit, residential college environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technology & Innovation: Strong preference for candidates with experience in innovative learning technologies and program delivery.
• Small College Experience: Prior experience as a student or faculty member at a small, residential campus is desirable.

Additional Information:

The starting salary for this position is $70,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
