Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Fully onsite
The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of responsibilities, meeting planning and facilitation, relationship management with donors and stakeholders, data entry, and support for the Board of Directors.
The role also involves coordinating outreach and external relations efforts, overseeing special projects, and drafting and editing correspondence and reports.
Key responsibilities include providing high-level administrative support, managing the ED's calendar and schedule, organizing and executing special events, preparing materials for meetings and presentations, and maintaining the ED's filing system and contact lists.
The Executive Assistant will support the ED in agency oversight, community outreach, donor management, and collaboration with the Board of Directors.
The Executive Assistant will also collaborate with the Development Team, serve as a point of contact for the ED, and provide logistical support for organizational events.
Qualification:
7 years of experience providing executive-level assistance, demonstrating independence, self-direction, and initiative.
This position requires excellent business writing skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize work, and a strong executive presence.
