The Reliability Engineer will develop and implement strategic asset reliability and maintenance programs across the manufacturing plant. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME), ensuring consistency and standardization in reliability operations by collaborating with plant engineering, operations, continuous improvement, and maintenance teams. The engineer will lead efforts to improve asset performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactive maintenance strategies. Additionally, this position will drive best practices in CMMS utilization, root cause failure analysis, and total productive maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Improve asset performance by establishing maintenance and reliability strategies using KPIs.
Develop and implement reliability programs, including Asset Criticality Assessments, FMEA, Proactive Maintenance strategies, and Spare Parts analyses.
Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
Ensure best practices in CMMS utilization, including preventive/predictive maintenance procedures and asset master data management.
Lead TPM events to enhance equipment performance and drive autonomous maintenance improvements.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, validation, or maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices.
Experience with reliability methodologies such as FMEA, RCFA, and TPM.
Proficiency in CMMS software and data analysis for maintenance optimization.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
