Actively functions as the team lead for all laboratory work priorities and activities, equipment and instruments calibrations and maintenance, technical reporting and documentation, and interfacing with departmental management, customers, engineers, and other teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Technical documentation of customer user guides/files/instructions
Debug CAN network issues
Troubleshooting - desktop/test cell/vehicle
Supporting walk in customers with any electronics troubleshoot issues
Support hardware sourcing for project work
Qualifications & Experience:
BS or AS degree w/ experience
Excellent communication skills
CAN network experience
Cellular experience
