???? What you'll do:

• Act as a subject matter expert on high-profile BESS projects.
• Lead QA/QC, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Oversee detailed design reviews for BESS systems, including layouts, single-line diagrams, and power system studies.
• Ensure projects meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape technical direction.

???? What we're looking for:

? 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering or BESS-related projects.

? PE License required.

? Proficiency with AutoCAD, PowerFactory, ETAP, CYMCAP, and MS Office.

? Strong leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
