What You'll Do
???? Lead mechanical engineering teams to deliver innovative energy solutions across multiple industries.
???? Engage with clients to develop relationships, win new business, and drive energy transition projects.
???? Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
???? Design and oversee projects in thermal utility plants, cogeneration, utility master planning, and heat recovery systems.
???? Support business development, including proposal writing, project execution planning, and new market exploration.
???? Work in a hybrid model (minimum 2 days per week in our Cary, NC office).
What You Bring
? Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
? 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or consulting.
? Professional Engineer (PE) license (any US state).
? Proven ability to engage with clients, win work, and drive business growth.
? Experience in proposal development, project execution, and cost estimation.
? Strong technical background in thermal utilities, decarbonization, and power systems.
? Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
? Willingness to travel (up to 50%) based on project needs.
