OBJECTIVES
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, specifications, and procurement schedules.

Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize cost efficiency and project feasibility while maintaining design intent and quality standards.
Lead and manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing clear direction, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project deadlines.
Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders by providing regular progress updates, addressing concerns, facilitating meetings, and issuing detailed weekly reports to clients and ownership.
Monitor and control project budgets by tracking expenditures, managing change orders, and approving invoices to ensure financial accountability and cost efficiency.
Conduct routine site inspections to enforce quality control measures, assess workmanship, and address any construction-related issues promptly.
Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and building codes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project correspondence.
Oversee project closeout activities, including final inspections, punch lists, commissioning, and client walkthroughs, ensuring all deliverables are completed and the facility is ready for occupancy.
Lead cross-functional decision-making by synthesizing data, user insights, and business goals to align teams on strategic priorities.
Establish and drive clear priorities, ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
Foster accountability, setting clear goals, and empowering teams to deliver results.
COMPETENCIES
Ability to develop detailed project schedules, procurement plans, and resource allocations to ensure efficient execution.
Proficiency in evaluating design and construction methods to improve cost efficiency and project feasibility.

Strong ability to maintain open lines of communication, provide updates, and
address concerns proactively.
Expertise in tracking expenditures, managing invoices, and controlling change orders to ensure financial accountability.
Knowledge of industry best practices for workmanship, regulatory requirements, and building code compliance.
Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Experience in maintaining accurate records, coordinating final inspections, and ensuring smooth project handover.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or achievement of formal certification recognized by the industry equivalent to a bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PM) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred.
Four to six years of relevant experience preferred; one to three years of experience required.
Proficient utilizing Microsoft Suite and Project Management Software, preferably Procure.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Operate a motor vehicle safely and efficiently.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
Ability to move around construction sites, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and navigating uneven terrain.
Adapt to varying environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings with potentially hazardous conditions and inclement weather.
