Our client, a local Seacoast Region RIA, is seeking a Relationship Manager to support its team in serving high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. This role provides direct client support, acting as a liaison between advisors and clients while handling administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and coordinating with advisors.
Assist in account opening, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
Support advisors in client meetings and follow-up activities.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm procedures.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management.
Client-facing experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
