Our client, a highly respected Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm in the New Hampshire Seacoast region, is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for business development and a proven track record of working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively develop and grow a book of business by acquiring and managing HNW/UHNW client relationships (sweet spot: $1M+ in investable assets).
Provide tailored wealth management solutions, including investment management, financial planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient strategies.
Leverage existing industry relationships and networking efforts to generate new business opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering exceptional client service and fostering long-term relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive financial strategies aligned with clients' goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a financial advisor, preferably within an RIA or private wealth management firm.
Client Base: Established book of business with HNW/UHNW clients or a strong network to develop new relationships.
Credentials: CFP®, CFA, or other relevant designations preferred.
Business Development Focus: Strong sales acumen and ability to cultivate new client relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate financial strategies and build client confidence.
