Job Description:

LHH is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Coordinator who will be a great representative for the company. This individual will provide vital support to the office by assisting with training logistics, managing catering, maintaining the coffee station, and offering a welcoming experience to visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception:
  • Greet visitors, offer refreshments, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or meeting room.
  • Answer, screen, and forward calls; take messages, schedule appointments, and provide information as needed.
  • Notify staff of visitor arrivals and coordinate with them as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and office environment in collaboration with janitorial staff.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as requested by the office and executive support team.
  • Access property management portals to report office-related issues and manage building-related activities.
  • Oversee conference room bookings, ensure proper use, and coordinate catering and setup for large meetings and events.
  • Assist with vendor coordination for services such as floral arrangements, security, catering, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage office nameplates, internal directories, and business card orders, and assist with general office correspondence and reports.

Café/Wellness Room:
  • Monitor and manage pantry supplies and wellness room inventory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the café and wellness spaces in conjunction with janitorial staff.
  • Assist with organizing social events, holiday decorations, and wellness room activities.

Mailroom/Copy Room:
  • Receive and deliver mail, log packages, and process deliveries.
  • Notify remote workers of incoming mail and coordinate deliveries or scanning of documents.
  • Monitor and maintain printers, copiers, and office supplies.
  • Ordered general office supplies for the copy room (excluding department-specific items).

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in front desk, administrative, or mailroom roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Location: Cumming, GA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch)

Duration: Contract, 2-3 months
