About the Role: The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.
Responsibilities
Develops and implements programs to assess and improve the quality of products, components, materials and/or operations.
Creates policies and processes including standard procedures (e.g., quality audits/review, Taguchi methods, process reengineering, etc.).
Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products.
Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions.
Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented, and all problems are resolved.
Responsible for upholding CCC Compliance referring to CCAP-C11- 09 Appendix 4 a/o CNCA-C11-09
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' relevant work experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
