Ensure compliance with the QA management system across all relevant departments and maintain documentation systems, including customer portals
Coordinate cross-functional teams for corrective actions using tools like Ishikawa charts, 5-Why Analysis, and statistical studies while developing data collection and analysis tools
Update Control Plans, Work Instructions, and PFMEA documents, conducting audits, and optimize processes to improve quality and eliminate errors
Oversee compliance with CCC certification requirements, ensuring proper labeling, marking, and adherence to regulatory standards
Monitor quality of purchased parts, preventive customer support, and maintain modern measurement and evaluation systems
Job Qualifications
3+ years quality experience within a tier I or OEM automotive environment required
Experience with PPAP, FMEA, 8D, control plans, SPC, and MSA required
Bachelor's degree required
Must be open to night shift
