We are looking for an experienced Multifamily Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will manage teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all necessary permits are in place. Bidding, reviewing subs and writing scope of work
Team Leadership: Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and communication.
Budget & Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, track costs, and manage change orders and invoices.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
Schedule Management: Monitor project timelines, address delays, and ensure deadlines are met.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project flow.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 8+ years in multifamily construction project management.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Certifications: PMP or LEED accreditation preferred.
