About the Role
As a Project Consultant (Sales Representative) at Armada Design & Build, you'll be backed by a highly skilled team and a strong pipeline of quality leads, allowing you to focus on closing deals and making clients' dream homes a reality.
Responsibilities
Attend pre-qualified appointments set by our team (plus generate your own leads).
Consult with homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, and present customized solutions.
Educate clients on the Armada Design & Build process, ensuring they feel confident in their project.
Produce proposals, estimates, and sales agreements.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
Work locally, meeting clients at their homes and coordinating projects within 30 miles of our office.
Qualifications
Proven Sales Success - 5+ years of remodeling/construction sales experience is ideal. However, if you have a deep understanding of residential construction and strong closing skills, we want to talk!
Required Skills
Expertise in Home Additions & Renovations - Knowledge of building methods, materials, and the ability to create budgetary quotes, scopes of work, and material lists.
Customer-Focused Approach - Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills are key.
Self-Motivated & Organized - Ability to manage your own pipeline, meet with homeowners, and coordinate closely with our operations team.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of Construction Financing Options - Ability to educate clients on financing and budgeting.
Technical Proficiency - Comfortable using technology to streamline client interactions and sales processes (HubSpot, BuilderTrend, MS Office etc.).
Knowledge of Local Building Codes & Permits - Ability to guide clients through compliance requirements.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Earning Potential: $100K+ in your first year, with top performers earning $300K+.
