I am partnered with a well-funded AI Solutions startup to recruit a Group Product Manager who will help drive the vision and execution of the overall product/platform during the company's next growth phase. Backed by top-tier Venture Capital Firms and $20+ million in funding, this client is revolutionizing how manufacturers manage quality control, identify technical issues, and address defect management. The role focuses on scaling a product with strong product-market fit, while preserving the high-touch relationship model that has fueled the company's impressive 300%+ growth trajectory.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead the full product lifecycle from vision and strategy to execution and performance. Ensure alignment of products with business goals and customer needs.
Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers. Drive a results-oriented, high-performance culture and provide guidance on product strategy and execution.
Stay attuned to customer needs and market trends.
Engage with users and stakeholders to ensure products deliver real-world value and achieve product-market fit.
Drive the evolution of proven solutions to serve hundreds of customers.
Define and implement strategic roadmaps for your product lines. Prioritize initiatives, overcome challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
Advocate for ongoing product innovation and improvement. Leverage customer feedback, data insights, and market analysis to iterate and evolve product offerings.
Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executives and stakeholders. Drive alignment and foster buy-in across the organization.
Skills / Experience Needed:
7+ years of experience owning the full product lifecycle, from strategy to execution.
2+ years in a leadership role managing & mentoring Product Managers.
Deep understanding of enterprise B2B platforms at scale.
Proven track record of scaling B2B products from early success to broad market adoption.
Demonstrated success with an early-stage startup navigating multiple growth phases from Seed or Series A funding through expansion.
Strong client-facing experience in high-touch enterprise sales environments.
Expertise in go-to-market strategies for enterprise products.
Prior experience in rapidly scaling organizations and adapting to evolving business needs.
Background in manufacturing and AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in leveraging data and KPIs to drive decisions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools to inform and optimize product strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degrees are a plus).

Base salary range: $200K to $240K.
