What you will do

PGIM Investments seeks a highly motivated marketing leader to drive our global web site digital transformation efforts. This role entails leading a team responsible for the design, experience and user engagement provided by our web sites and other digital properties. The ideal candidate effectively balances consumer needs with achieving business outcomes. This requires leveraging business insights and relevant digital trends to create compelling user-centric experiences while promoting awareness and engagement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on the perpetual evaluation and advancement of our marketing technology ecosystem to ensure alignment with business goals is core. The right person will be able to balance customer needs with achieving business outcomes.  Reports to the Head of Digital Strategy.

Site Experience:


  • Manage the web ecosystem, creating visually appealing, engaging and seamless customer experiences that adhere to company guidelines and leverage UX/UI best practices.

  • Manage projects through the entire lifecycle (strategy, content/UX, analytics, SEO and technology) along with securing alignment and approval from primary stakeholders.

  • Partner with key stakeholders within PGIM Investments, across PGIM and Prudential entities to design and implement innovative online experiences that complement the sales process.

  • Define and track site performance metrics, user feedback, and KPIs to inform ongoing enhancements by identifying trends and opportunities to drive engagement and remove journey friction.

  • Leverage the corporate digital style guide to tailor personalized experiences in harmony with serving the needs of our target markets.

Platform and Systems:


  • Champion existing and new technologies, software and systems that support the PGIM Investments web ecosystem.

  • Contribute to business case development for strategic investments in digital marketing channels.

Strategic Marketing:


  • Stay current with competitive digital landscapes within and outside our industry.

  • Be forward-thinking in finding solutions to emerging digital client needs.

  • Partner proactively with content, marketing and channel marketing teams to execute marketing programs to attract, convert, upsell and engage audiences.

  • Develop strategies and manage the execution of A/B/multivariate tests (content/UX, QA and analysis) with our third-party testing platform

Leadership:


  • Skilled leader who manages and mentors a global team of direct and indirect reports.

  • Able to navigate complex and ambiguous challenges, adapt quickly, and manage risk.

  • Honed presentation skills with the ability to influence people at different levels of management to drive consensus.

What you can expect


  • 10 years of professional digital marketing work experience, including digital/tech, company/agency.

  • Working experience with Enterprise Content Management Platforms – Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.

  • History of leading high-performing teams.

  • Developed sense of UX/UI, with a record of building great products

  • In-depth knowledge of omnichannel marketing and underlying technologies.

  • Experience integrating and managing digital marketing platforms (SalesForce and Adobe experience is a plus).

  • Experience defining web analytics strategies to generate clear and actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated project management skills; takes direction well and clearly possesses the ability to translate strategy into actionable deliverables.

  • Familiar with Scrum or other Agile development practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Adobe products, and workflow solutions.

  • Experience with project management / workflow tools (e.g. Workfront and Jira).

  • Familiarity with ADA guidelines is a plus.

  • Experience working in highly regulated industries a plus (finance, pharma, etc.)

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $175,000 to $205,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
