Job Description:
Mechanical Inspector Pay Rate: $28.50 Per Hour Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing first detailed inspection of incoming or purged parts, materials, components, assemblies, equipment, and document results
- Coordinates the collection and disposition of purged material
- Determines or assists in determining methods, sequences and procedures necessary for inspection
- Works from written procedures, drawings, sketches and specifications
- Generates Engineering Change Requests to correct drawing issues noted during inspection
- Adapts inspection measuring devices and procedures where necessary
Requirements-
- Mechanical Inspection experience
- Experience with Comparators, Height Gauges, Verniers, hand tools.
- Familiarity with IPC Standards
