5-7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, finance operations, and analytics
3+ years of experience providing procurement and contract administration support in construction/facilities.
Experience working with contractors, design professionals, engineers, consultants, facility managers, and staff.
Knowledge of construction contract types to include: AIA (American Institute of Architects) documents such as A101 (Stipulated Sum), A102 (Cost Plus Fee with GMP), and other relevant AIA contract forms
Meeting facilitation and presentation skills

The Procurement Analyst will provide analytics and strategic support for global workplace resources and office projects. They will help the Procurement team deliver supply chain solutions, manage procurement policies, and optimize expenditures using third-party tools. The analyst will also handle issue resolution, contract management, and supplier management, working with stakeholders to add value to the organization.

Create and manage RFx templates, contracts, and requirement documents for analysis.
