Need to have extensive S/4HANA experience (minimum one transformation) experience.
Strong change management skills, executive-level summarization ability, relationship-building expertise, proactive risk communication, and portfolio/business value experience.
To manage IT projects involving complex business processes, taking these projects from idea to full implementation, and tracking and reporting on progress to various audiences.
They must manage IT projects end-to-end, communicate effectively, proactively address risks, and create essential documentation, all while driving strategic initiatives and mentoring others.
Develop, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, resource allocation, and project execution.
Candidates should have practical experience in the basics of project management: estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning.
