We are seeking a Loan Documentation Specialist to support loan documentation processes and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. The ideal candidate will handle moderately complex tasks, interact with client personnel, and escalate non-routine issues as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Perform transactional support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Follow established procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to gather and verify information.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales, or equivalent experience gained through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information:
This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire position.
Candidates with experience in loan processing, financial services, or banking environments are preferred.
